ServiceNow Technical Architect

<ul><li>Proven experience in technology resilience and recovery strategies</li><li>Strong analytical skills to assess resilience vulnerabilities</li><li>Familiarity with ServiceNow and integrated risk management tools</li><li>Knowledge of Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs)</li><li>Experience in leading resilience initiatives within diverse teams</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Understanding of infrastructure, application security, and disaster recovery processes</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead the implementation of the Resilience Deep Dive within ServiceNow Continual Improvement Management (CIM)</li><li>Investigate resilience vulnerability data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement</li><li>Support the migration to ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)</li><li>Contribute to initiatives around Double Failure Resilience and Mass Disaster Recovery scenarios</li><li>Redefine and embed Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) within the organization</li><li>Develop and promote an organizational approach to SLIs, SLOs, and Availability Management</li><li>Shape and support the overall Technology Resilience Strategy covering various technological aspects</li></ul>
