Android Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £117,000 - 130,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Excellent knowledge of Kotlin/Java</li><li>Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices</li><li>Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning</li><li>Awesome knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks and benchmarking and optimisation</li><li>Proficient in Googles Android design principles, interface guidelines and code versioning tools, such as Git</li><li>Applying SOLID Principles, MVVM/MVI architecture, Android Architecture Components, and other Jetpack libraries</li><li>Jetpack Compose</li><li>Working in a modularised codebase</li><li>UI testing</li><li>Knowledge of mobile security principles and best practices, such as secure storage, authentication flows, and safe handling of sensitive data (desirable)</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile, ideally with tools such as GitHub Actions, Fastlane, and automated build/test deployment processes (desirable)</li></ul>
