Salesforce Data Cloud Architect
<p><b>Salary: £121,000 - 126,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, specifically Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Apex/LWC.</li><li>Proven experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and Large Language Models (LLMs).</li><li>Extensive experience with Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, and integration middlewares like MuleSoft.</li><li>Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist (Essential).</li><li>Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.</li><li>Salesforce Certified AI Associate or Specialist.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Agentforce, providing guidance on platform capabilities, architecture patterns, and best practices.</li><li>Design and build custom Agentforce Agents for autonomous workflows, including intent design, prompt templates, and natural language interactions.</li><li>Architect end-to-end solutions that unify Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce to ensure agents have the grounding data needed for accurate responses.</li><li>Design data models, pipelines, and transformations for ingestion, harmonization, and enrichment within Salesforce Data Cloud.</li><li>Integrate data from Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, marketing systems, and external databases to support unified customer profiles.</li><li>Lead squads of developers, business analysts, and testers; act as an escalation point for technical issues and mentor the team on prompt engineering.</li><li>Utilize the Agentforce Testing Center to validate agents and track performance metrics to execute iterative improvements.</li><li>Build strong relationships with executive teams to drive ROI from AI investments.</li></ul>
