Senior Unity Developer
<p><b>Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>6 years of Unity and C# development experience</li><li>Proven track record of delivering immersive projects across AR, VR, and MR</li><li>Proficient at explaining technical concepts and ideas to non-technical clients and team members</li><li>Good communication skills and experience working with clients throughout the development and project lifecycle</li><li>Bonus points for Unreal Engine development experience, ideally with C++</li><li>Understanding of how to integrate LLM-powered chatbots into immersive training or simulation projects</li><li>Experience with networking or data-driven applications</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Build Unity applications across VR, AR, mobile, smart devices, and touchscreen activations</li><li>Lead and mentor a small junior development team</li><li>Contribute to architecture and tooling decisions</li><li>Develop training simulations, scenario-based learning, and real-time visualization tools</li><li>Optimize performance for standalone mixed reality devices, tablets, and touchscreens</li><li>Contribute to AI feature builds including avatars, dialogue systems, and real-time interactions</li><li>Work closely with a talented team of Producers, 3D Artists, and Instructional Designers</li></ul>
