Systems Engineer - DOORS
<p><b>Salary: £15,840 - 19,440 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Deep expertise in DOORS/DOORS NG, requirements lifecycle, configuration management, and digital thread integration.</li><li>Experience delivering requirements engineering capabilities in Aerospace, Defence, or regulated industries.</li><li>Proven ability to lead complex transitions, migrations, and multi-partner integration programs.</li><li>Strong strategic vision, stakeholder influence, and program management skills.</li><li>Security clearance or eligibility is mandatory.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Own the delivery, migration, and continuous improvement of Requirements Engineering capabilities.</li><li>Lead the controlled transition from legacy RM tools to DOORS NG, ensuring safe coexistence, data quality uplift, and integration with MBSE, ALM, PLM, and Test.</li><li>Define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and implement governance, naming conventions, link semantics, and quality metrics.</li><li>Enable full end-to-end traceability from stakeholder needs through verified and certified system capabilities.</li><li>Manage vendors, suppliers, and cross-partner integrations to deliver scalable, compliant, and future-ready solutions.</li><li>Drive workforce adoption with training, role-based onboarding, and change programmes.</li></ul>
