2nd Line IT Support Engineer

<ul><li>Escalate and resolve complex hardware and software issues</li><li>Manage Office 365, Azure, and Active Directory environments</li><li>Support networking aspects including VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls</li><li>Perform server maintenance</li><li>Collaborate on internal IT projects and migrations</li></ul>
