Lead Salesforce Architect & Product Owner
<p><b>Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, ideally at Lead or Principal level.</li><li>Strong background in Product Ownership, Agile delivery, and roadmap management.</li><li>Deep knowledge of Salesforce clouds, platform capabilities, and architectural patterns.</li><li>Experience designing secure, scalable integrations (REST, middleware, event-driven patterns).</li><li>Ability to lead technical teams while also engaging confidently with non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Salesforce certifications such as CTA, Application Architect, System Architect, or relevant cloud specialisms (highly desirable).</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Define and own the Salesforce architecture vision, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and future scalability.</li><li>Lead end-to-end solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications.</li><li>Oversee integration patterns, data models, API strategy, and security architecture (SSO, OAuth, role hierarchy, permission sets).</li><li>Provide technical governance, code review oversight, and architectural assurance across multiple delivery teams.</li><li>Champion best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, testing automation, and environment management for Salesforce.</li><li>Act as Product Owner for the Salesforce platform, shaping the roadmap based on business value, user needs, and technical constraints.</li><li>Translate business objectives into clear epics, features, and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.</li><li>Prioritise the backlog, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure delivery teams have clarity and direction.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement, user adoption, and platform optimisation.</li><li>Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, and Technology.</li><li>Communicate complex architectural concepts in a clear, business-friendly way.</li><li>Influence decision-making with data, insight, and a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities.</li></ul>
