Wintel & VDI Support Engineer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Must have an Active SC or DV Clearance (willing to go through DV Clearance if currently SC)</li><li>Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and 2022</li><li>Deep experience with Active Directory and Group Policy design and support</li><li>Experience with Microsoft HyperV and VMware NSX virtualization</li><li>Knowledge of Skype for Business and Exchange 2012 or 2016</li><li>Good understanding of network design principles, firewalls, and WAN protocols</li><li>Experience with McAfee AV and ePolicy Orchestrator</li><li>Strong PowerShell and scripting capability</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Manage incidents escalated from 1st and 2nd line teams across distributed environments</li><li>Support live systems through structured change implementation and technical problem resolution</li><li>Review and create Low Level Designs, build documentation, and Knowledge Base Articles</li><li>Deliver knowledge transfer to customer teams</li><li>Contribute to ongoing service improvement</li><li>Support virtualized and secure infrastructure components within a complex estate</li></ul>
