IT Support Technician
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Good general understanding of IT principles such as Networks, Hardware, and Domains</li><li>Working knowledge of leading software packages such as MS Office and Lotus Notes</li><li>Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and related software and applications</li><li>Good experience in End User device hardware and software troubleshooting</li><li>Knowledge of mobile devices, particularly Blackberry and iPhones</li><li>Experience with building, configuring, replacing, and troubleshooting EUC hardware components</li><li>Good experience in Data Backup Techniques</li><li>Familiarity with virtual, MDM, and VPN environments</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM would be advantageous</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL and experience of working within an ITIL environment</li><li>Knowledge and experience of working in Service NOW</li><li>Exceptional customer-facing skills</li><li>Able to communicate clearly and effectively with end users</li><li>Accurate record keeping</li><li>Good timekeeper</li><li>Productive and efficient</li><li></li></ul>

<p>We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Technician to join our team at our Mossmorran site. This is a fixed-term contract starting on March 2, 2026, and ending on May 29, 2026, where you will support the site primarily for two to three months. We offer a competitive pay rate of £150 per day. Our ideal candidate will have a logical and analytical approach, will be able to work independently, and will maintain a strong commitment to quality in service delivery.</p>
