2nd Line Support Specialist
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>2nd Line support experience, preferably within an MSP environment</li><li>Remote & customer-facing support</li><li>Windows Server 2008 - 2022 knowledge</li><li>Active Directory and Exchange experience</li><li>Hyper-V expertise</li><li>Networking skills</li><li>O365 and Azure familiarity</li><li>VoIP experience is desirable</li><li>ITIL Framework knowledge</li><li>Full driving license</li><li>Exemplary written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload</li></ul>

<ul><li>Provide 2nd Line IT Support to our growing customer base</li><li>Assist clients primarily on-site in Hampshire</li><li>Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting customer needs</li><li>Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues</li><li>Engage with customers to deliver a high standard of service</li></ul>
