Lead Security Architect
<p><b>Salary: £41,500 - 71,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong experience operating at Lead or Senior Security Architect level within complex enterprise environments</li><li>Proven experience overseeing secure solution and system design</li><li>Experience working within architecture governance frameworks</li><li>Strong understanding of information security controls, standards and compliance requirements</li><li>Ability to influence and guide solution architects and technical stakeholders</li><li>Experience supporting large-scale change or transformation programmes</li><li>Security architecture and secure system design expertise</li><li>Architecture governance and design review skills</li><li>Knowledge of security by design principles</li><li>Reference architecture development experience</li><li>Stakeholder engagement and technical leadership capabilities</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Oversee the technical design of systems and services, ensuring appropriate security considerations are embedded throughout the architecture lifecycle</li><li>Support solution architects in delivering secure, compliant and resilient system designs</li><li>Ensure alignment with Information Security strategies, policies and control frameworks</li><li>Support the maintenance and development of security reference architectures and architectural roadmaps</li><li>Participate in solution governance forums, reviewing and approving solution and system architectures</li><li>Ensure security by design principles are consistently applied across programmes and projects</li><li>Provide subject matter expertise on security technologies to support organisational change and transformation initiatives</li><li>Contribute to architectural standards, guidelines and best practice documentation</li></ul>

<p>We are seeking an experienced Lead Security Architect for a hybrid role based in London, where you will work 2 days per week onsite. This contract position offers a competitive day rate of £659 (Inside IR35) and is set for a duration of 3-6 months with an immediate start. In this role, you will work closely with our existing Lead Security Architect to ensure that security is a fundamental aspect of our systems and services, contributing to our ongoing commitment to security by design and compliance with relevant standards.</p>
