Systems Support Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £35,000 - 38,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>CompTIA A+ or similar qualification, or demonstrable experience in a relevant role</li><li>Proven experience supporting systems in process control, measurement, manufacturing, or industrial environments</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues</li><li>Experience managing small projects to completion</li><li>Knowledge of current and emerging technologies in systems support</li><li>Strong communication skills and commercial awareness</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li><li>Logical and analytical thinking</li><li>Methodical, disciplined, and detail-oriented</li><li>Flexible and adaptable to changing business and customer needs</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Deliver high-quality technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system improvements</li><li>Manage and resolve customer enquiries, act on feedback, and escalate issues efficiently</li><li>Support installation, configuration, commissioning, and validation</li><li>Collaborate with our Engineering teams to resolve hardware and software issues</li><li>Provide technical guidance internally and contribute to training programs</li><li>Collaborate with the Endress + Hauser Maulburg Support Department</li><li>Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rota and provide internal IT/technical support as needed</li><li>Occasional travel to client sites, with overnight stays</li></ul>
