Senior ArcSight SIEM Engineer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Candidates must be UK nationals/British citizens</li><li>Must have resided in the UK for the past 10 years</li><li>Eligible for high-level UK Security clearance (SC then DV)</li><li>Strong skills and experience with Elastic SIEM and Tanium</li><li>Experience with ArcSight SIEM</li><li>Competent in Linux and Windows operating systems</li><li>Good networking troubleshooting skills</li><li>Mentoring experience for training junior team members</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Drive technical and architectural improvement of the SIEM managed service and tools</li><li>Manage operational support, incidents, and change control</li><li>Ensure appropriate version management for SIEM to maintain vendor support</li><li>Onboard new technologies, manage certificate renewals, and monitor license usage</li><li>Troubleshoot and tune managed infrastructure</li><li>Maintain documentation of the managed infrastructure</li><li>Engage with other DXC technical teams for technical assistance</li><li>Act as a technical escalation point for SIEM incidents</li><li>Architectural design, review, and implementation of Elastic SIEM, Tanium, and ArcSight SIEM</li></ul>
