<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>IT Business Partner experience in FMCG, Retail, or Consumer sectors</li><li>Knowledge of Retail Systems and/or Ecommerce platforms</li><li>Expertise in D2C processes & Customer Journey optimisation</li><li>Experience with Retail SAP S4/HANA and POS Retail Store systems</li><li>Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms, CRM, email marketing, and loyalty platforms</li><li>Understanding of Master Data Management through Retail & Ecommerce systems & PIM</li><li>Proven delivery of cross-functional transformation initiatives</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness</li><li>Strategic mindset and emotional intelligence</li><li>Collaborative approach to teamwork</li></ul>

<ul><li>Act as the strategic IT Business Partner for Retail & eCommerce operations</li><li>Align technology initiatives with business priorities</li><li>Drive continuous improvement across the customer journey</li><li>Own the D2C Applications landscape across Retail & Digital channels</li><li>Lead cross-functional planning and stakeholder engagement</li><li>Manage vendors and coordinate with international IT teams</li><li>Support and optimise IT Systems across Retail & eCommerce operations</li><li>Shape and govern the IT demand pipeline aligned with business strategy</li><li>Prioritise initiatives and influence investment planning</li><li>Facilitate governance forums with senior stakeholders</li><li>Build trusted partnerships across Retail, Digital, Supply Chain, and Finance</li><li>Translate business strategy into technology capability roadmaps</li><li>Lead workshops to identify improvement and innovation opportunities</li><li>Drive Automation, Integration, and Process simplification</li><li>Own end-to-end D2C Application landscape</li><li>Develop Capability Roadmaps aligned to Enterprise Architecture</li><li>Identify opportunities leveraging AI, Automation, and Analytics</li><li>Oversee Incident Management and root cause resolution</li><li>Ensure vendor performance and SLA delivery</li><li>Maintain IT System stability and performance</li></ul>
