Solutions Designer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience in solution design within Facilities Management</li><li>Strong understanding of hard services, soft services, and TFM delivery models</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Strong analytical ability to assess technical and commercial impacts, identify risks, and propose mitigations</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI, and relevant digital platforms</li><li>Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and value creation</li><li>Professional membership of RICS, CIOB, or a related industry body</li><li>Degree-level qualification in engineering, facilities management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead the end-to-end solution design process for FM tenders, including hard services, soft services, and Total Facilities Management (TFM)</li><li>Collaborate closely with Proposal Managers, Estimators, SMEs, and Business Unit leads to ensure solutions are fully integrated and competitive</li><li>Take full ownership of the operational solution within each tender, from initial concept to final submission and handover</li><li>Create clear visual models of delivery approaches and organisational structures</li><li>Identify operational and commercial risks, propose effective mitigations, and ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards</li><li>Lead pricing strategy development and ensure alignment with supply chain partners</li><li>Produce compelling, evidence-based delivery methodology responses for RFI, ITT, and RFP submissions</li><li>Maintain and continuously improve solution design templates, tools, and processes</li><li>Leverage emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance tender solutions</li></ul>

<p>We are looking for an experienced Solution Designer to join our Facilities Management Winning Work Team (WWT) in Hertfordshire, with a preferred base in Watford or Denton. This permanent hybrid role allows for 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Our team focuses on developing high-quality, competitive tender solutions that drive business growth by designing operationally robust and client-focused service delivery models.</p>
