<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>8 years of Oracle EBS R12 HR Technical experience</li><li>Must have worked on Core HR and UK Payroll</li><li>Hands-on expertise in Integrations, Reports, Fast Formulae, SQL/PLSQL</li><li>Experience in performance tuning</li><li>Experience in Custom Form development</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues in existing solutions, including workflows</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Collaborate with the HR team to implement and optimize Oracle EBS solutions</li><li>Develop and maintain technical documentation for HR systems</li><li>Perform system integrations and ensure data accuracy across platforms</li><li>Create and execute performance tuning strategies for existing applications</li><li>Resolve existing issues in the workflow and enhance system functionalities</li></ul>

<p>We are a fully remote hiring organization looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HR Technical consultant to join our team. We offer a competitive daily rate of 500-550 GBP (inside IR35) for a contract duration of 12 months, starting in April 2026.
