Integration Engineer - Customer Engagement
<p><b>Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience as an Integration Engineer, Automation Engineer, or similar position</li><li>Hands-on experience with customer engagement or automation platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, Braze, Twilio, Vonage, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar</li><li>Good knowledge of APIs and Webhooks, configuration-driven systems, versioning, and change management</li><li>Ability to script (or code) using JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python</li><li>Experience testing and validating automation logic and deployment safety in SaaS environments</li><li>Background in regulated or compliance-based environments</li><li>Strong collaboration and communication skills</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Act as the technical authority for the newly formed customer engagement team</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and specialists across voice, chatbots, digital messaging, and service automation</li><li>Establish strong engineering discipline and change safety across customer engagement platforms</li><li>Implement controls, standards, and processes to ensure scalability and robustness of systems</li><li>Define the boundary between engineering-led automation and RPA-driven optimization in partnership with the Head of Continuous Improvement & RPA</li><li>Shape modern customer engagement capabilities while driving best practices and promoting innovation</li></ul>
