User Researcher (Public Sector)

<ul><li>Proven experience in user research and user-centred design</li><li>Strong understanding of Government Digital Service (GDS) standards</li><li>Experience working within Agile teams</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to build relationships and challenge assumptions</li><li>Knowledge of inclusive research practices</li><li>Experience mentoring and supporting junior researchers</li></ul>

<ul><li>Design, plan, and conduct user research to understand service needs</li><li>Translate research insights into actionable recommendations</li><li>Apply user-centred design principles to enhance service development</li><li>Advise clients on solving complex problems through research and design</li><li>Lead Agile teams to develop services that meet user needs</li><li>Foster trust and effective communication with clients and stakeholders</li><li>Support and mentor colleagues in maximizing user research benefits</li><li>Promote best practices in user research across the organization</li></ul>
