<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Senior engineering leadership experience in fast-moving environments</li><li>Experience architecting modern web platforms with Node.js backend development</li><li>Proficiency with AWS infrastructure</li><li>Familiarity with Linux and containerized applications such as Docker</li><li>Understanding of PHP/WordPress for legacy platform context</li><li>Python skills, especially for AI/data/automation use cases</li><li>Practical experience implementing AI features, including knowledge of LLMs, prompt design, vector search, and knowledge graphs</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Bridge strategy and execution between business vision and technical strategy</li><li>Own the end-to-end digital roadmap for new digital platform</li><li>Advise on platform architecture, tooling, and technology</li><li>Lead and manage the development team through the greenfield rebuild of the platform</li><li>Influence product direction and company growth through architectural decisions</li></ul>
