Creative Unity Developer
<p><b>Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong C# development experience within Unity</li><li>Proven ability to build interactive UI and gameplay systems</li><li>Experience exporting Unity projects (particularly Linux desktop deployment)</li><li>Familiarity with 3D workflows, including importing animated assets from tools such as Blender</li><li>Comfort working across programming, animation and design</li><li>Character animation in Blender (desirable)</li><li>JavaScript / TypeScript for lightweight input interfaces (desirable)</li><li>Unity performance optimisation (e.g. large object counts, DOTS) (desirable)</li><li>3D modelling (desirable)</li><li>Shader development (desirable)</li><li>Game-flow architecture and state machine design (desirable)</li><li>Interest in multi-user or large-audience interaction challenges (desirable)</li></ul>

As a Creative Unity Developer, you will work closely with our Creative Director and Senior Unity Developer on rapid prototyping, gameplay development, and building a custom internal toolkit. Our environment is fast-moving, embracing experimentation and iteration, and we offer remote-first working with a supportive, close-knit team.
