Senior Presales Solution Architect
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>5 years as a Presales Solutions Architect (or similar) working closely with customers in the sales cycle.</li><li>Background in technical pre-sales support in Managed WAN/LAN Services, ideally with Cisco, Extreme, or Fortinet technology.</li><li>Proven experience in network design, bespoke customer solutions, and documentation.</li><li>WAN knowledge: Leased Lines, Carrier Ethernet, EFM, xDSL.</li><li>LAN knowledge across DC, core, aggregation, and access layers.</li><li>Up-to-date skills in SDN, SD-WAN, NFV, and network virtualization.</li><li>Knowledge of Wi-Fi standards: CAPWAP, WPA, 802.1X, mesh, and controllers.</li><li>Strong communication skills.</li><li>UK driving licence and ability to pass BPSS and other clearance checks.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Partner with Sales & Account teams to understand customer needs and attend meetings and reviews.</li><li>Design tailored LAN & WAN solutions that align with our product set.</li><li>Support customers throughout the process, providing clear and confident guidance.</li><li>Produce professional documentation like SOWs, HLDs, and schematics.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Service Delivery, and Account Management teams to win new business and support renewals.</li><li>Track and manage activity in our CRM, contributing to a pipeline worth over £1m Gross Margin each year.</li><li>Optimize every solution for profitability, reliability, and long-lasting value.</li></ul>

With a competitive salary of £75k-£90k plus commission and a company car, we offer a supportive work environment where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams. You will work two days a week in the office and the rest remotely, providing you with flexibility while contributing to meaningful customer solutions.</p>
