SAP Solution Architect
<p><b>Salary: £130,000 - 143,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>15 years of experience as an SAP Solution Architect</li><li>Strong knowledge across SAP modules: FI, MM, SD, Logistics, CAR, BW</li><li>Experience with Boots systems preferable</li><li>Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills</li><li>Effective communication and influencing skills</li><li>Ability to present technical information understandably to non-technical audiences</li><li>Experience in leading complex SAP projects</li><li>Familiarity with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends</li><li>Experience managing a multi-cultural team across different time zones</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Design and develop SAP architectural flows aligned with business requirements</li><li>Lead the implementation of complex SAP projects, ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements</li><li>Serve as the single point of contact for SAP Solution Architecture queries and solutions</li><li>Provide expert guidance to project team and stakeholders on SAP best practices</li><li>Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools that enhance organizational capabilities</li><li>Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Liaise and develop relationships with cross-functional teams</li><li>Regularly review design and build delivery to ensure alignment with overall integration architecture</li><li>Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and align SAP solutions with organizational goals</li></ul>
