Data & Campaign Senior Analyst

<ul><li>Experience using SAS and SQL</li><li>Background in marketing, service communications, customer selection, or data-driven campaign execution</li><li>Strong understanding of technical platforms that support large insight functions</li><li>Naturally analytical mindset with the ability to challenge constructively</li><li>Effective stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Experience working within a data-focused environment</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>Excellent planning and time management skills</li><li>Desirable experience with HCL Unica</li></ul>

<ul><li>Plan, build, and execute a range of campaigns including complex automated and trigger-based journeys</li><li>Create the reporting and controls needed to measure campaign performance</li><li>Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers</li><li>Utilize strong understanding of customer data, analytical techniques, and market technologies to deliver accurate, meaningful outputs</li></ul>

<p>We are seeking an experienced data analytics professional to join our Customer Campaign Delivery team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Our team is responsible for delivering regulatory, service, and marketing campaigns that enhance customer relationships and drive commercial performance. As a part of our organization, you will thrive in a demanding and fast-moving environment, enabling you to learn quickly and adapt to changing demands while making a visible impact.
