Tech Lead - Fullstack .NET/JavaScript
<p><b>Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience leading technical delivery within a digital agency</li><li>Strong background in C# .NET Core development</li><li>Experience with SSG/SPA front-end stacks (Astro, SolidJS, or similar)</li><li>Demonstrable hands-on development expertise across diverse web technologies</li><li>Ability to explain complexity clearly to non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Strong understanding of technical planning, workflow, and project management (incl. JIRA)</li><li>A team-first leader who can motivate, mentor, and manage both FE and BE developers</li><li>Someone comfortable jumping into new technology and learning fast</li></ul>
