Senior Business Analyst
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams to develop and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria</li><li>Proven experience delivering digital projects and products using Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)</li><li>Experience leading investigative analysis to define business requirements and model effective business processes</li><li>Ability to identify user needs and translate them into prioritised user stories and service or design approaches</li><li>Experience mentoring or supporting other Business Analysts</li><li>Strong analytical skills to assess complex problems using structured tools and data</li><li>Experience engaging and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels</li><li>Ability to ensure development teams clearly understand business and user requirements for technical design</li></ul>
