Customer Strategy and Enterprise Architect
<p><b>Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to see how the business operates today and how it must evolve</li><li>Proven experience in enterprise architecture, customer strategy or large-scale transformation</li><li>Hands-on capability with BPM, TOGAF, and business architecture techniques</li><li>Confidence working across multiple teams, value streams, and priorities</li><li>The ability to align diverse stakeholders around a single, coherent vision</li><li>A doer mindset, comfortable moving between strategy, design and delivery</li><li>Experience in regulated or financial services environments is helpful, but not essential if you bring the right mindset and capability.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Act as the strategic integrator across BFSs transformation agenda</li><li>Define and own the future-state customer vision for BFS</li><li>Map current-state journeys and business capabilities, identifying gaps and constraints</li><li>Design future customer journeys, processes, and operating models</li><li>Build and embed business architecture capability across the organisation</li><li>Establish and govern the use of business mapping and architecture tools</li><li>Enable teams to use these tools effectively, not just comply with them</li><li>Align teams across value streams, identifying where common frameworks, processes, and ways of working should exist</li><li>Work closely with the Lead Technical Architect to ensure business and technology architecture evolve together</li><li>Facilitate workshops that bring business and technical teams into alignment</li><li>Act as a design authority, ensuring transformation initiatives align to the agreed enterprise blueprint.</li></ul>
