ITAM Analyst
<p><b>Salary: £33,000 - 48,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Ability to obtain or hold UK Government Security Clearance</li><li>2 years experience in IT Asset Management or a related role</li><li>Experience with ITSM / asset management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Remedy)</li><li>Good understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and inventory best practices</li><li>Awareness of software licensing models (e.g. Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle)</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills</li><li>Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience desirable</li><li>Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail</li><li>Desirable: Managed service experience, exposure to process improvement, ITIL/CMDB knowledge, and relevant certifications (ITIL 4, ServiceNow)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Track and manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware, software, VMs, and cloud services</li><li>Maintain accurate asset and configuration data within the CMDB</li><li>Perform asset tracking, inventory checks, and compliance reviews</li><li>Produce regular reports on asset utilisation, cost, and compliance</li><li>Identify and support cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities</li><li>Assist stakeholders with asset-related queries and support requests</li><li>Support internal and external audits and compliance activities</li><li>Assist with testing of ITAM tooling integrations and CMDB-related processes</li></ul>
