Contract IT Outsource Engineer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience of project-based work</li><li>Windows Server 2008 - 2022</li><li>Active Directory, Exchange</li><li>Networking</li><li>O365 and Azure</li><li>VoIP experience is desirable</li><li>ITIL Framework knowledge</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize workload</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Serve as the primary engineer on-site for the end client in Chichester</li><li>Take ownership of all IT support including day-to-day business as usual support</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve more complex issues</li><li>Conduct proactive maintenance</li><li>Engage in an element of project work</li><li>Attend the London site up to 1 day per week, with travel time included in working hours</li><li>Typically work onsite in London from 10am to 2pm</li></ul>
