WMS Senior Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £123,400 - 130,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong product knowledge of BY/JDA WMS Dispatcher components</li><li>Experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions</li><li>Ability to engineer new features and system enhancements based on customer needs</li><li>Proficiency in upgrading WMS Dispatcher to latest versions (2024 and above)</li><li>Skills in analyzing and optimizing WMS components for better efficiency and reliability</li><li>Capability to develop technical solutions based on functional specification documents</li><li>Experience in writing functional specifications for system modifications and reports</li><li>Ability to create and execute detailed test plans and document results</li><li>Strong PL/SQL and Shell scripting expertise</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for deployment efficiency</li><li>Knowledge of Azure Cloud Technology</li><li>Experience in programming languages such as React JS, Java, and Python</li><li>Familiarity with Power BI and JasperSoft Reports development</li><li>Experience with warehouse automation technologies (e.g., SSI, Dematic, Beumer, KNAPP)</li><li>Experience in other WMS systems like BY WMS Cognitive, Manhattan, Oracle</li></ul>

<ul><li>Assess client business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement</li><li>Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of JDA Warehouse Management Systems</li><li>Analyze and optimize solution components to implement best practices</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to estimate project timelines and deliverables</li><li>Highlight incremental improvement opportunities for existing clients</li><li>Write functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, and report requirements</li><li>Author and review system and procedural documentation during the project</li><li>Design and develop configuration changes within the BY WMS</li><li>Engineer and implement new software features based on customer specifications</li><li>Create and execute test plans to ensure software quality</li><li>Document test results and provide updates to project leaders</li><li>Participate in daily stand-up meetings with project teams</li><li>Manage CI/CD Jenkins and pipeline for the BY WMS</li></ul>
