<ul><li>Oversee the entire lifecycle of collaboration and productivity platforms from strategic planning to daily operations.</li><li>Lead a dedicated team responsible for tools like Microsoft 365, Zoom, Dropbox, and Jira/Confluence.</li><li>Develop and execute long-term strategies in alignment with the Universitys goals, including the rollout of M365 Copilot.</li><li>Drive user adoption and engagement to empower staff and students to work more collaboratively.</li><li>Explore emerging technologies to unlock new opportunities for efficiency and creativity.</li><li>Manage budgets and monitor vendor performance, ensuring service levels are maintained.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement and creative problem-solving within the team.</li><li>Ensure that collaboration services are resilient and user-focused, adapting to the evolving needs of the university community.</li></ul>
