<ul><li>Experience with Collaboration Platforms: Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, Zoom, Dropbox, or Jira/Confluence is essential.</li><li>Technical Curiosity: A foundational understanding of how collaboration platforms work and a willingness to explore emerging technologies.</li><li>Strategic & Operational Insight: Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day operations, including basic experience with budgeting and vendor relationships.</li><li>Collaborative Leadership: Proven track record of fostering an inclusive team environment that encourages creativity and drives user adoption.</li><li>Commitment to Continuous Improvement: Passion for exploring new solutions and a mindset geared towards iterative progress in technology and teamwork.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Oversee the entire lifecycle of collaboration and productivity platforms from strategic planning to daily operations.</li><li>Lead a dedicated team responsible for tools like Microsoft 365, Zoom, Dropbox, and Jira/Confluence.</li><li>Develop and execute long-term strategies in alignment with the Universitys goals, including the rollout of M365 Copilot.</li><li>Drive user adoption and engagement to empower staff and students to work more collaboratively.</li><li>Explore emerging technologies to unlock new opportunities for efficiency and creativity.</li><li>Manage budgets and monitor vendor performance, ensuring service levels are maintained.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement and creative problem-solving within the team.</li><li>Ensure that collaboration services are resilient and user-focused, adapting to the evolving needs of the university community.</li></ul>
