AI Engineer

<ul><li>Shape high value AI and Copilot use cases</li><li>Map workflows, prompts, and human-in-the-loop models</li><li>Own the product roadmap and define the value hypothesis</li><li>Define the MVP and commercial case across Data and AI initiatives</li><li>Develop AI-specific test strategy focusing on LLMs and prompt behavior</li><li>Establish guardrails, bias monitoring, and risk controls in regulated environments</li><li>Deliver hands-on solutions using Azure AI and related technologies</li></ul>

<p>We are building an AI Foundry capability and are looking to hire four senior contract professionals: an AI Design Analyst, an AI Product Lead, an AI Test Lead, and an AI Specialist. These roles will focus on developing AI use cases, product roadmaps, test strategies, and hands-on delivery of AI solutions. The positions are contract-based for 3 to 6 months with the potential for extensions, based out of Leeds or Bradford.
