Junior Operations Analyst

<ul><li>Minimum age of 18 years</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>Previous experience in a professional operational environment - internship or entry level role</li><li>Experience in data analysis, maintaining business communications</li><li>Business management/academic background highly advantageous</li><li>Strong work ethic with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset</li><li>Ability to understand and work with data to support operational decision-making</li><li>Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets</li><li>Willingness to travel regularly across the West Midlands region</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Travel around West Midlands and conduct on-street research to highlight strategic business opportunities in existing parking structure</li><li>Conduct data analysis to identify potential parking network expansion opportunities</li><li>Analyse footfall, demand, transport links, visibility, accessibility, and rider behaviour across parking network</li><li>Develop clear and visually compelling parking proposals for councils and partners</li><li>Support engagement with landowners, businesses, universities, and developers</li><li>Assist with securing approvals and onboarding new parking locations</li><li>Review and improve on-street infrastructure, branding, and asset placement</li><li>Monitor live parking performance, compliance, and operational challenges</li><li>Use data, rider feedback, and field insights to continuously improve the parking network</li></ul>
