<ul><li>Proven experience in implementing and managing Customer Relationship Management systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including setup, configuration, and optimization.</li><li>Extensive knowledge in Customer CRM.</li><li>Ideally experience in the retail sector.</li><li>Knowledge of TOGAF.</li><li>Ability to work in a collaborative environment.</li></ul>
