IT Application Lead
<p><b>Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Extended experience in IT, including application lifecycle management, requirements gathering, implementation, testing, and deployment.</li><li>Experience with Global Price Management systems (e.g., Eversana PriceRight, Model N or similar enterprise pricing platforms).</li><li>Knowledge of global pricing processes and healthcare/pharmaceutical pricing regulations.</li><li>Proven experience leading enterprise application support or technology portfolios in complex, global environments.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior business and IT leaders.</li><li>Experience managing managed service providers and third-party vendors within structured governance frameworks.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Serve as the primary IT point of contact for Global Pricing and Value business functions, translating business priorities into technology roadmaps and solution proposals.</li><li>Oversee the Global Pricing Systems landscape, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous enhancement of live applications.</li><li>Lead stakeholder engagement across senior business and IT leadership, facilitating decision-making and aligning initiatives with strategic objectives.</li><li>Manage and govern managed service providers and external vendors, ensuring service quality and accountability.</li><li>Champion new technology initiatives including system enhancements, data enablement, AI-driven capabilities, and collaboration tools.</li><li>Support initiatives end-to-end, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, deployment, and transition into operational support.</li></ul>
