AI Engineer - Polish Speaking
<p><b>Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Fluent in Polish and English</li><li>Studied at a top 3 university in Poland or top 200 globally</li><li>Achieved a first class degree (BSc) in Computer Science or Mathematics preferred</li><li>Strong Python coding skills with experience in at least one other OO programming language (e.g., C#, Java, C++)</li><li>Experience with Artificial Intelligence and an interest in AI applications in real-world settings</li><li>Data-centric mindset with knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and NLP (Natural Language Processing)</li><li>Strong knowledge of modern software engineering best practices and experience across the full software development lifecycle</li><li>Thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals including OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns, and Algorithms</li><li>Enthusiastic about joining a start-up and shaping the role</li></ul>

<ul><li>Evaluate and introduce AI and LLM Machine Learning functionality into proprietary trading systems</li><li>Work on complex and interesting AI systems</li><li>Participate in Greenfield development projects</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues in a team environment</li><li>Improve existing systems and processes</li><li>Engage in problem-solving within distributed systems</li></ul>
