Field Service Engineer - Parking Systems
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience in a field-based service, maintenance, or service role</li><li>Familiarity with ATM or payment systems</li><li>Experience with networking / Wi-Fi equipment</li><li>Knowledge of CCTV / ANPR cameras</li><li>Background in access control or security systems</li><li>Familiarity with ticket kiosks / machines</li><li>Understanding of intercom systems</li><li>Experience with EPOS equipment</li><li>Knowledge of software-driven or PC-based hardware systems</li><li>Basic electrical knowledge and strong networking fault-finding ability</li><li>Confident working with hardware, cabling, and low-voltage systems</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot software issues, install updates, and configure system settings</li><li>Comfortable using diagnostic tools, remote support software, and system interfaces</li><li>Able to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach</li><li>Comfortable travelling and working independently</li><li>Full UK Driving Licence</li><li>Strong networking and smart device experience</li><li>Basic electrical experience</li><li>Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)</li><li>Strong written and verbal English</li><li>Recognised qualification in electrical engineering (Desirable)</li><li>Recognised qualification in network engineering (Desirable)</li></ul>

<ul><li>Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance on parking and access control systems</li><li>Support installation and upgrade projects when required</li><li>Diagnose electrical, networking, and software-related faults</li><li>Configure system software, update firmware, and perform basic application-level troubleshooting</li><li>Work independently, managing your own schedule across the Midlands</li><li>Deliver a professional, customer-focused service at all times</li></ul>
