Full Stack Developer - Eastleigh
<p><b>Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience with a modern frontend framework (React, Vue, Svelte or similar)</li><li>Backend development experience in at least one language (Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Go, C# or similar)</li><li>Experience working with APIs, relational databases, and cloud environments</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD, containers, and modern deployment practices</li><li>Ability to think about systems holistically, including performance, security, and reliability</li><li>Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude for programming efficiency and tools like GitHub, Copilot, Cursor, or similar</li><li>Understanding of where AI adds value in the software development lifecycle</li><li>Interest in emerging areas such as LLM APIs, RAG, or automation is beneficial but not essential</li></ul>

<ul><li>Building and maintaining features end-to-end, from UI through to APIs, databases, and deployment</li><li>Working across multiple parts of the stack rather than specializing in a single layer</li><li>Contributing to technical and architectural decisions</li><li>Using AI-assisted development tools to support coding, testing, documentation, and delivery</li><li>Helping improve development practices as tools and technologies evolve</li></ul>
