Lead Full Stack Developer - Winchester

<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong full stack development experience (ideally 10 years)</li><li>5 years of TypeScript experience</li><li>Solid Node.js experience</li><li>Background in system design and scalable architectures</li><li>Experience building large, production SaaS platforms</li><li>A clean-code mindset (SOLID principles, design patterns, testable code)</li><li>Experience working in mature CI/CD and continuous deployment environments</li><li>A commercial mindset when designing and delivering software</li><li>Excellent collaboration skills and confidence working with stakeholders</li><li>Interest in using AI to accelerate and improve software development</li><li>A passion for performance, security and engineering best practice</li><li>Degree in Computer Science or equivalent real-world experience</li></ul>

<ul><li>Lead technical delivery across a high-performing development squad (10)</li><li>Contribute to solution design, system architecture and domain modelling</li><li>Build proof-of-concepts and spike complex or uncertain areas of work</li><li>Break down requirements into deliverable epics and user stories alongside product and initiative managers</li><li>Develop and deliver production-ready code across the full stack</li><li>Ensure high standards of quality, maintainability, performance and security</li><li>Support and improve live systems once deployed</li><li>Influence technical direction, tooling and best practice across the wider engineering function</li></ul>
