Engagement Lead
<p><b>Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience as an engagement analyst or project coordinator supporting and delivering people initiatives.</li><li>Ability to support and deliver high-quality engagement forums such as Townhalls and All Hands sessions.</li><li>Awareness of creating high-quality, compelling internal communications that support key messages.</li><li>Proficiency in tools such as Zoom, Slido, and MS PowerPoint with strong presentation skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work effectively with stakeholders across diverse networks and multi-regional geographies.</li><li>Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple threads of work under pressure to tight timelines.</li><li>Ability to analyse data and research, summarise, and inform conversations using a data-driven approach.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Support the Engagement Lead in fostering a sense of community and belonging across the team, increasing engagement for staff through targeted, meaningful, and consistent activity.</li><li>Help to shape and deliver internal Enterprise Technology specific engagement plans that connect back to, and support key strategies across Technology.</li><li>Represent Enterprise Technology in communication and engagement forums on behalf of the Engagement Lead.</li><li>Organise forums including All Hands, Town Halls, and colleague exchanges, and understand feedback data provided at these forums.</li><li>Create and disseminate high-quality, clear, and engaging content for a range of key stakeholders.</li><li>Work on programmes that support targeted learning across the team, driving knowledge sharing and DEI initiatives.</li><li>Connect with various DEI forums across Technology in alignment with the Engagement Lead.</li><li>Support and develop talent across the department, enabling the well-being and psychological safety of the team.</li><li>Promote positive change across the organisation through a network of colleagues who contribute to culture change, communications, and engagement.</li></ul>
