Quality Engineer - SWITCH Platform
<p><b>Salary: £36,000 - 76,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>

<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Provide first line support to the Project Quality team and Responsible Designer (RD) for SWITCH associated NCR processes</li><li>Ensure NCRs within SWITCH are managed in accordance with regulatory compliance</li><li>Lead and manage both reactive and proactive improvement initiatives for SWITCH and PowerBI tools</li><li>Coordinate and deliver scheduled Accenture improvement releases, maintaining progress visibility through Jira Kanban boards</li><li>Conduct pre and post-implementation testing to identify defects for resolution</li><li>Maintain a suite of SWITCH NCR guidance material, ensuring content is clear and accurate</li><li>Oversee updates and structural improvements to the SWITCH NCR eNZO page</li><li>Support the development, refinement, and maintenance of SWITCH NCR PowerBI dashboards</li><li>Manage BAU onboarding requests for SWITCH NCR users</li><li>Champion and promote best practice SWITCH NCR management across the HPC project</li><li>Support the use of Project Intelligence and PowerBI to monitor key SWITCH NCR metrics and performance</li><li>Manage and update the SWITCH NCR Mailbox, triaging all correspondence and requests</li><li>Provide support to the Quality PMO to maintain and develop all SWITCH NCR PowerBI reports</li></ul>
