Head of Global Commodity Management

<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong background in global category/commodity management</li><li>Solid experience in international, multi-site organizations</li><li>Strong leadership experience</li><li>Proven skills in negotiation, supplier development and performance management</li><li>Strong influencing and stakeholder management capability</li><li>Continuous improvement mindset and interest in digitalization/AI</li><li>Strong communication skills in English; other languages are a plus</li><li>University degree in business, engineering, law or similar</li><li>MCIPS or equivalent is beneficial</li></ul>

<ul><li>Lead and develop the global commodity team for Yunex Traffic</li><li>Shape, set and own commodity strategies for direct and indirect categories</li><li>Align business needs with commodity strategies</li><li>Deliver saving initiatives and value creation, ensuring cost stability</li><li>Lead contracting strategy and framework agreements</li><li>Manage supplier risk through qualification, performance reviews and mitigation plans</li><li>Drive supplier innovation and technology roadmaps</li><li>Improve supplier quality in cooperation with SQM and relevant stakeholders</li><li>Report on strategy progress, market trends, supply chain risks and savings</li><li>Support digital tools, eProcurement and continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul>
