EUC Analyst
<p><b>Salary: £35,000 - 75,000 per year</b></p>

<ul><li>Strong organisation and analytical problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment</li><li>Experience in EUC and deskside support</li><li>Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking (Aruba/Cisco)</li><li>Proficiency in Windows Server, imaging, and device security (e.g., BitLocker)</li><li>Confident support knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange)</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships across IT teams, business units, and end users</li><li>Professional and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support projects</li><li>Willingness to travel across regional sites</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Deliver hands-on deskside and walk-up support at Head Office</li><li>Manage incidents through ServiceNow to ensure an exceptional end-user experience</li><li>Support end-user devices, meeting room technology, and VC systems</li><li>Maintain high standards across all Head Office collaboration spaces</li><li>Provide on-site LAN/WLAN support including patching, cabling, installations, and UPS/battery replacements</li><li>Manage device imaging, deployment, and refresh activities</li><li>Support new site implementations and local technology refresh projects</li><li>Maintain high-quality technical documentation</li><li>Contribute to ITIL-aligned processes and provide mentoring to colleagues</li></ul>
