Technical Team Lead - eDV Cleared

<p><b>Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience leading teams in Agile, customer-facing software projects</li><li>Experience with one or more of the following: Full-stack web development, Software as a Service (SaaS), Mobile application development, API design and development, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Front-end development and user experience (UX)</li><li>Clearance required - eDV level security clearance is mandatory</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Leading an established team of Software Engineers across multiple secure programmes</li><li>Driving architecture and integration strategy across cross-domain systems</li><li>Designing and guiding Java / Spring Boot microservices-based solutions</li><li>Acting as a senior technical liaison with key stakeholders and customers</li><li>Building strong customer relationships through direct engagement</li><li>Contributing to and helping prepare technical proposals and bids</li><li>Assisting the customer account team in business development efforts</li><li>Collaborating with delivery management to identify risks, plan deliveries, and support resource allocation</li></ul>
