Business Analyst (Financial Systems)

<p><b>Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year</b></p>

<ul><li>Experience of working on Finance Systems implementation projects</li><li>Experience of gathering functional and non-functional requirements</li><li>Detailed understanding of UAT, end-to-end testing, and data controls</li><li>Proficiency in utilizing various analysis tools and techniques</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills to engage with diverse stakeholders</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Work with business teams, vendors, and technology teams to elicit, prioritize, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements</li><li>Support and coordinate the as-is/to-be state of process work, identifying formal and informal business processes</li><li>Utilize appropriate tools and techniques for the analysis, development, testing, and implementation of new systems</li><li>Create and maintain transition materials such as business requirements documents, process flows, wireframes, and test plans</li></ul>

<p>We are seeking a Business Analyst with Finance Systems implementation experience for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This hybrid role requires being on-site two days a week, and you will play a pivotal role in delivering analysis and coordinating activities between IT, business stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure the successful delivery of a new Finance system.
