Technical Lead Full Stack Developer

<ul><li>10 years experience in full stack development</li><li>3 years commercial TypeScript experience</li><li>Strong Node.js expertise</li><li>Proven background in system design and scalable architectures</li><li>Experience building and operating large, production SaaS platforms</li><li>A clean-code mindset (SOLID principles, design patterns, testable systems)</li><li>Experience working within mature CI/CD environments</li><li>Strong commercial awareness when designing solutions</li><li>Confident communicator who collaborates effectively with stakeholders</li><li>An interest in leveraging AI to improve and accelerate development</li><li>Passion for performance, security, and engineering excellence</li><li>Computer Science degree or equivalent real-world expertise</li></ul>
