Remote SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Managed Services HCM
<p><b>Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Expert in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.</li><li>Certified in one or more additional SuccessFactors modules.</li><li>Strong knowledge of other modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Time, Performance & Goals, and Compensation.</li><li>Understanding of standard SAP integration tools and other integration methods (e.g., Dell Boomi, HCI, PO).</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to guide HR business users.</li><li>Strong integration knowledge across SAP functional areas.</li><li>Strong documentation skills, including functional specifications and test scripts.</li><li>Project-related activities experience such as data migration, user support, and end-user training.</li><li>Excellent communication skills at all levels.</li><li>User support, problem-solving, logical thinking, and analytical skills.</li><li>End-to-end change management skills from requirements gathering to implementation.</li><li>Must be able to work independently and manage own workload.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and follow change management processes.</li><li>Willingness to take on unknown SAP processes and learn new SAP functionality.</li><li>Can-do attitude.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Provide high-level advisory and consultative support across the SuccessFactors customer base.</li><li>Analyze, configure, and implement appropriate SuccessFactors solutions.</li><li>Manage and support SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and new functionality.</li><li>Act as a strong communicator, keeping customers and management updated.</li><li>Solve complex issues using initiative and strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.</li><li>Work within a remote consulting support team for contracted customers using the service management systems and processes.</li></ul>
