Head of Games
<p><b>Salary: £58,000 - 80,000 per year</b></p>

<ul><li>Proven experience in a game development leadership role, with a strong portfolio of successful games.</li><li>Expertise in game design, programming, and production processes.</li><li>Strong understanding of gaming trends and audience preferences.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to balance creative vision and practical execution.</li><li>Experience managing cross-functional teams and expertise in project management methodologies.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Define the overall vision and strategy for the games department.</li><li>Lead and inspire the games team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.</li><li>Oversee the game development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.</li><li>Identify and analyse market trends to ensure our games are competitive and appealing.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and design, to create cohesive gaming experiences.</li><li>Manage team resources effectively, including hiring and mentoring new talent.</li><li>Continuously assess and improve game performance based on user feedback and analytics.</li></ul>

We are currently looking for a Head of Games to lead our expansion into Gamification and Real Money Games. Our new creative office studio will be located close to Glasgow Central Station, and we currently support remote work until it is ready.
