Dynamics Field Services Consultant
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service</li><li>Proven experience in configuration and functional customisation</li><li>Experience supporting live environments and continuous improvement programmes</li><li>Understanding of Field Service processes (work orders, scheduling, resource optimisation)</li><li>Ability to work directly with business stakeholders</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-moving, delivery-focused environment</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Configure and customise D365 Field Service</li><li>Support enhancements across work orders, scheduling, and asset management</li><li>Work closely with operational stakeholders to gather and translate requirements</li><li>Support integrations within the wider Microsoft stack</li><li>Troubleshoot, optimise, and improve existing workflows</li><li>Contribute to ongoing system improvements and best practice adoption</li></ul>

<p>We are a UK-based housing and property services organisation focused on delivering large-scale digital transformation across our operational and field engineering functions. We are heavily investing in our Microsoft ecosystem to enhance service delivery, scheduling efficiency, and customer outcomes. This role is either a permanent position with a salary up to £67,000 or a contract role paying up to £500 per day, based outside IR35.
