Service Analyst

<p><b>Salary: £81,900 - 81,900 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Active SC Security Clearance, used on a project in the past 12 months</li><li>Experience managing support services projects</li><li>Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks</li><li>ITIL V3 required, ITIL V4 preferred</li><li>Preferred background in Banking / Financial Services domain</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Support the Service Delivery Manager in daily activities</li><li>Assist with day-to-day service operations across all Service Management practices</li><li>Provide reporting, planning, and operational oversight</li><li>Monitor service KPIs to ensure performance, quality, and compliance standards</li><li>Communicate findings in service reviews</li><li>Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership</li><li>Participate in Major Incident resolution as needed</li></ul>
