<p><b>Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer with strong proficiency in extending and customizing Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, including Dataverse</li><li>Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders to capture requirements</li><li>Solid knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Liquid, and other relevant languages used in Dynamics development</li><li>Experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 solutions</li><li>Strong background integrating Dynamics with external systems via APIs, web services, and middleware</li><li>Skilled in developing custom workflows, plugins, web resources, and reports</li><li>Experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)</li><li>Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices</li><li>Experience using version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines</li><li>A genuine interest in emerging technologies and industry trends</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic environment</li><li>Proactive approach to self-development and team collaboration</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail when debugging and resolving technical issues</li><li>Experience with Universal Resource Scheduling in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service highly beneficial</li><li>Exposure to IntroHive contact-mapping solutions highly beneficial</li><li>Experience with Peppermints Client Engagement CRM solution for Dynamics highly beneficial</li></ul>

<ul><li>Work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to manage and evolve the Dynamics 365 offering</li><li>Collaborate with functional consultants, Dev Leads, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical designs</li><li>Develop and customize solutions within Dynamics 365, including configuration, customizations, extensions, and integrations</li><li>Implement custom workflows, plugins, web resources, and other components to enhance platform functionality</li><li>Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality, maintainable code</li><li>Support deployment activities, data migration, and system integration across Dynamics 365 projects</li><li>Promote continuous improvement of the Dynamics 365 capability and contribute to best-practice development standards</li></ul>
